Directions:
For external use only. Add 1 level tablespoon dried arnica to 4 oz. of your favorite carrier oil (olive, almond, or consider castor oil for deeper penetration). Warm gently in a double boiler for 1–2 hours or let steep in a sunny window for 2–4 weeks. Strain and store in a dark glass bottle. Apply to bruises, sore joints, or muscle discomfort 2–4 times daily.
